640 ml lukewarm water | water handwarm
100 g sourdough | desem
20 g salt | zout

Bread | Brood
1 kg flour | bloem
700 ml lukewarm water | water handwarm
10 g yeast | gist
20 g salt | zout

Prepare your dough the night before you bake it.
Prepare the Dutch Oven in very hot oven or on your fireplace
– add your kneaded dough
– 20 minutes hot, check the process
– + 25 minutes in hot oven
